Robert Sawyer - Songwriter, Guitar, Dobro, Lead Guitar, Bass, Vocals, Producer

Robert Sawyer is a guitar, and bass-playing singer-songwriter whose been a major contributing full-time session player in and around Los Angeles for the last 20 plus years.

His distinctly recognizable guitar and vocal style is steeply rooted in rhythm & blues, with a heavy-rock influence.

He's played with great talent including Pete Townsend of The Who, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin, Emitt Rhodes, at Jimi Hendrix' studio Tiny Lights in Hollywood among others.

Eric Clapton once directed the clearing out of an entire parking lot of cars just so Robert could go home after working late one night.

He was a member of a duo with Brent Roberts' one of the original house bands at The Viper Room, back when it was called the Central.

Sawyer was the lead singer for the Desert Blues from 1990-1993, and The Robert Sawyer Group ACCOLADE which yielded the single Roll the Train in 1999.

He's been known to customize his instruments and has combined these disparate electrical elements to achieve a marvelous and distinct sound; cousin Patricia Kelly hooked him up with custom pedals by Glenn Wiley.

Robert has helped with the development of Music West, Inc. whose broadway quality musicals are widely known throughout Los Angeles and is past president, past member of the Board of Directors, and Technical Staff.

Robert designed and recorded at the Capitol Records Studio A, All Post multimedia production facilities, and worked with Ghian Wright (Janet Jackson) at The Village, and many other local Los Angeles projects. He also designed the Bob Hope School known as the Los Angeles Music & Art School which the show 21 Jump Street is said to have been modeled after. He holds separate degrees in architecture, engineering and construction. His work in this area is so vast that there is not one major street in Los Angeles that direct proximity to one of his completed buildings cannot be drawn reference to.

Robert Sawyer's combined record sales exceed 300,000- as of the release of 1999's Accolade. Sales figures for later releases have not been recorded.

Ryan Medina - Songwriter, Percussionist

Ryan is from Hawthorne, CA and is a big guy. He stands over 6'- and he's a powerful drummer. He's got the power to blow most other drummers off the stage, and has many times. Ryan is good...Meg?

Ryan has a host of different set of sticks he uses to adjust his power down or up based on the needs of the song(s). Sometimes playing with Robert whose soft edges require brushes, and sounds almost rock jazzy.

Ryan has been working with Emitt Rhodes to develop the beats, and the time signatures for the Crescent Moon sessions. He also published a volume of prose in 2002. Ryan worked with the band The Rub in Los Angeles from 1996-2000.
